Unless you make special arrangements we ship all orders by UPS. Inspect your package when it
arrives. Be sure to note any damage when signing for the package. All claims for shipping damage must be
made with the carrier.
The satisfaction of our customers is our top priority. We will do anything we can to
make sure you are happy with your sign. Since all signs are unique and are made specifically for the customer
we can not accept returns except in the case of defects. Small cracks around the letters are a natural part of the
sign making process and are not considered a defect.
If you receive a sign which doesn't match what you think you ordered please check your order confirmation carefully.
If YOU made a mistake in your order and ordered the wrong sign you may return your sign and we will issue you a coupon good for a discount on another sign.
If WE made a mistake and didn't correctly produce the sign which you ordered you may return the sign and we will replace it free of charge
In either case please contact us for return shipping authorization. Packages returned without authorization may be refused.
